Delete your account — Keep The Flow

1. In the app: Open Keep The Flow, sign in, and go to Settings → My account → Delete My Account. Confirm, and your account is deleted immediately.

2. By email: If you no longer have access to the app, send a request to officenesic@icloud.com from the email address you registered with. We process requests within 30 days.

Deleted: your account and login credentials, name, email address, phone number, all bookings and appointment history, notifications and notification tokens.

Retained: service records the salon is legally required to keep. These are stored separately and are not used to identify you in the app.

To delete specific data while keeping your account, email officenesic@icloud.com and tell us what you want removed.
